As soon as I step inside the sculpture gallery, I notice her standing on a pedestal at the top of the stairs. She looks to be a young mime in white face, a free spirit just in off the street, with her kohl-lined eyes, her brightly colored clothes, her backpack dropped to the floor just below her feet. An invisible sign says, “Wait and see.”
