Lost Faith

The drive to the temple has always been a family ritual on Janmashtami, the birthday of Lord Krishna. After I lost both sets of parents, the custom somewhat got lost in my busy life. I am not an atheist but I don’t believe in idol worship. Then there are those who visit the temple every morning and have beautiful god idols at home.Their lives revolve around prayer. They dress up the little Krishna idols and offer sweets to the deities.

I wonder whether they are happier or more successful than I. . .

nowhere
yet everywhere. . .
