Sea Change
I live on a mountaintop in the south where wintertime brings day after day of fog. But there are rare mornings when I wake up to a brilliant blue sky. It isn’t that the fog has cleared. It has settled into the valley below, leaving us high-ground folks looking out over a softly rolling white ocean, sunshine on our backs. . .

About the Author
Peggy Hale Bilbro and her husband divide their time between Huntsville, Alabama, and Guardia Sanframondi, Italy. Her poetry reflects her life-long interest in the large and small miracles of the world, from dust bunnies to stardust, from mouse holes to black holes. She finds pleasure in the creative challenge of translating those miracles into poetry.
What a beautiful way to create your own ocean!
