About the Author
John Hawkhead has published haibun and haibunga internationally, including in cho, cattails, Failed Haiku, and the British Haiku Society’s members’ anthology. He won the Grand Prix in the 10th Setouchi Matsuyama Haiku Contest and was the runner-up in the 2021 Martin Lucas Haiku Award competition.
