i-opening

fourteen and reading i thank you god for most this amazing day for the first time & it is so tonguely delicious, so hymnly anarchic, i recite it on my philips reel to reel recorder & like thelonious the newness of it drips golden into the deep gullies of my ears, the flaunting of case & space resonating with private, nervous rebellion against the harsh & adult world, & i feel privileged mr cummings e.e. to be lifted from the no of all nothing & reading your poems, for which i thank u most amazingly

midnight moon
oceans away from school
a secret life
