A December evening, the bus crawls through the downtown shopping district dazzling and twinkling with elaborate Christmas displays. A young man bounces around in his seat, “Aren’t they lovely! Aren’t they just lovely!” A string of drool runs down his chin. “Oh shut up,” says the person next to him. He turns back to the window in silence. A few minutes later he shouts, “Look at all the golden angels!”
