Schlumbergera Truncata
Graceful pink flowers blossom from the leaf shaped stems of the Christmas cactus from around Christmas till well into the New Year. They attract a lot of bees. Their nectar must be sweet and plentiful as well as inebriating. I watch many bees suckle to their fill, fall on the ground, rest motionless for quite some time and then fly off.
