One day in early spring when the Buransh blossoms begin to unfurl their fire into the Himalayan forestscape, he grows still.
Blood freezes in his veins, breath stops in his lungs and mentation ceases in his mind.
In that absolute stillness, the snake at the pit of his torso uncurls and its electricity rises through his sacrum, solar plexus, heart, throat, brows and out through his crown.
In that stillness, he becomes one with the mountain.
