The Existence of Time
We live in a constant flow of moments. Every second is formless in two sounds: tick and tock. Every Tao has two directions: backward and forward. Everything is a transient response: a yawn, a chirp, a raindrop, a bolt of lightning, a sneeze making the whole class say God bless you, a word forgotten instantly in the middle of thinking, a freight train clunking through the village.
