Counting Stars

Amber glow of the sun melting into the Arabian sea, the fuchsia of a slowly darkening twilight horizon, the saffron yellow of the halogen lamp posts, the bright red blinker of the airport control tower, the endless turquoise light beams of an open party plot extending skywards, the crimson, green and sparkling blue neon of distant commercial hubs, the bluish white street lights, the milky white flood lights of the cricket stadium, the orange parking lights of cars blinking away on the foggy road, the golden and silver lights of a wedding procession, the multi-coloured florets from exploding skyrockets.

one more dusk
still clueless
about the purpose of life
