Don't Look

"They can't tell us one from the other."

"Only 'cause they don't look."

"Yeah...? What difference does that make?"

"What if they do look?"

"They won't. White folks never do. And you done it for Mabel and Sissy anyway. Why won't you do it for me?"

"'Cause I'm tired of taking driving tests. Take it yourself."

"But I ain't sure I'll pass."

"You so sure I will?"

"Yeah, I'm sure. You already done it three times, ain't ya?"
