Journeys
I am too awed to be timid when I see you at the party. There is some unapologetic magic in the flouncy cape you wear that defies the room’s attention.
With your porcelain skin gleaming with stardust, I think it odd, as bad witches are said to be ugly.
The assurance of your broomstick flight outshines my awkward galloping about the livingroom with a stick horse wedged between my skinny legs. Smiling behind the camera, my mother captures our giddy quests.

Hi Gavin,
This is so sweet. Whatever happened to all those days, I wonder. . . I enjoyed reading this, it is nice — a light and perfect for this day.
Thanks so much for your comments, Karina.
My best wishes.
