Eons

I love seeing the wrinkles and folds and layers of Mother Earth exposed in her mountain ridges, flood-scoured canyons, and overflow of her internal fires. I am left in awe of the tremendous forces and the eons and eons of growth and destruction and trauma and change she went through to reach this point in history. She offers herself, as she is, for us to love and care for as we would our human mother.
