I regret to inform you that Cecil Applegate passed away October 2. A memorial service will be held at the Springfield Community Center December 12 at 3pm. You are welcome to attend. Some of you may not actually know or remember Cecil, so I apologize for bothering you. I’m basically just going through his contacts before closing his account.
