David Jacobs

first light

I’m up early to meet my son. On the near empty train I’m confronted by a notice headed “tell us what you think.” Well, that’s easy. At 5.30 in the morning, I’m thinking I’d rather be in bed.

I recall a book browsed recently: Buddhism Is Not What You Think. I didn’t buy it but was impressed with the title. So I could also manage “tell us what you don’t think,”and the answer would be. . . . buddhism.
