A Lost Fellini Film

My wife is convinced she has parasites, amoebas, worms, convinced that the invisible and nearly invisible organisms of the world all want to live inside her. She eats raw garlic to fend them off but is now having problems with me. When I kiss her, it's like I’m in a lost Fellini film. All the waitresses have enormous breasts with garlic-clove nipples, and I want to star in that film.
