Courage in November

Get over it, friend, your wife has gone to Jesus,
your children to college—there's no life for you here
as husband or father. Beguiled by the season, you
wish for things forgotten when the leaves drop. I tell you,
save for yourself the courage of the bold, brown leaf.

and night school
