Slice of Yellow Teeth

With the shunt being affixed haphazardly to his lame arm, the stony-faced man who is wearing a buffalo-bone bolo tie grimaces with a slice of yellow teeth showing and a wrinkled hand firmly grips a holy Mother Mary cloth scapular that was recently purchased at a cluttered resale shop located in what many would call a questionable neighborhood.
