"... And the Wine Is a Bottled Poetry..."                   

      Oak barrels thrive in humid caves aging lovely, but something primordial stirs in humans too, as we go underground. Caves exude quiet ambience, subtle aromas and dramatic, ancient sensations.

      "Wine’s a transformational drink, a door into other worlds," says the horticulturist, adding that “wine is a bottled poetry,” according to Robert Louis Stevenson, one of the early lovers of California barreled ballads.
