The Walk

When you want to get something off your chest, look me up on deserted streets. I will sidle up next to you. We will put our hands in our pockets and walk through unmoving trees, the passing red of headlights, through empty benches and gusts of cold breeze.

On the cobbled street, with smells left behind by the evening vendors, empty your heart.
